Here are Your Responsibilities as the Electrical Service Manager at Mr. Electric

As a Service Manager, you are a key member of our team. You will be managing a team of Service Professionals (SP) who are the face of Mr. Electric and our service electricians.

Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:

  • You will hire, train and manage the performance of the Service Professionals to ensure we’re providing excellent customer service, quality of work all while hitting revenue goals.
  • You will handle escalated customer issues that cannot be resolved by a Customer Service Representative or Service professionals
  • You will identify areas of improvement within the SP team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • You will provide ongoing field support to Team Leads and SPs.
  • You will be the "go-to" person for all things field operations

  • Top-Notch Customer Satisfaction – You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by training SPs to deliver an amazing customer experience.
  • Efficiency – By utilizing operational metrics, you will be evaluating your team and implementing any improvements to enhance the efficiency of the SP team.
  • Gross Profit – By increasing sales and decreasing cost per job, you will grow the success of your branch.

Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements for the Electrical Service Manager position.

  • 3 years of service experience in any trade with 5 work references.

OR

5 years of Management experience with 5 work references.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to take classes in leadership and business management.
